60 Day Exchanges - Not in love with your ring? We get it. Exchange your ring for any other style of equal value within 60 days of purchase.
90 Day Re-Sizing - Find yourself starting to fat finger to many texts? You may need to recheck your ring size. Send in your ring for a new size within 90 days of purchase to ensure you can still slide that puppy off to fidget with during all those zoom meetings.
1,000,000 Day Warranty - Or 2,739 years to be exact. Our way of saying we've got your back. If your ring is damaged (ie: cracked) or must be removed in an emergency we will replace it for life.

I sent my husband's wedding ring back to get a different size. After contacting the company sent information on what to do for an exchange. I mailed it back 2 months ago and nothing. I have called, left messages, sent emails, even messaged them on Facebook. I have not heard from them. I really wanted to like this company, but from recent events I would say don't purchase from this company. There are more places to purchase rings from. My husband liked the ring, but due to no customer service he does not have one. It is very disappointing and unprofessional. Please purchase your ring elsewhere, so you are not in my position.
